Message	heres a how to guide [ http://www.slyck.com/ng.php ] I use my log-in (username/password) from my ISP and input that into this program GrabIT [ http://www.download.com/GrabIt/3000-2164_4-10054405.html ] and I find my .nzb files here [ http://www.binsearch.info/ ] From there I use the nzb import in Grabit (which uses my login information from Comcast) to download the articles Grabit decodes the files and compiles them into the .avi file. Now just make sure you have the right codecs to watch the video (K-Lite is my recomendation) Hope that helps
